WeOne Privacy Policy Version 1.0 This Privacy Policy explains how Infotech Solutions, India ("WeOne", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores and protects information when you use the WeOne platform at https://weone.infotech.net.in (the "Service"). 1. Information we collect a. Account information: business name, contact person name, email address, mobile number, address and login credentials (passwords are stored only as secure hashes). b. Google sign-in: if you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google. We do not receive your Google password. c. WhatsApp Business data: when you connect your WhatsApp Business Account, we receive data from Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform needed to run the Service - your WABA details, phone numbers, message templates, messages you send and receive through the platform, delivery/read statuses, and quality or limit updates. d. Customer Data you upload: contacts, customer records, media files, campaign content and related business information. e. Usage and technical data: log data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and actions performed, used for security and troubleshooting. f. Payment information: subscription payments are processed by our payment gateway. We store payment references and invoices, not your card or bank credentials. 2. How we use information We use information only to: a. provide, operate and support the Service (including sending and receiving WhatsApp messages on your behalf from your own numbers); b. show you reports and analytics about your own messaging and marketing; c. bill and manage subscriptions; d. secure the Service, prevent abuse and comply with law; e. communicate service notifications to you. We do not sell personal data. We do not use your Customer Data for advertising and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. 3. Where data is stored The Service and its database run on servers provided by MilesWeb Internet Services Pvt Ltd, located in India. MilesWeb provides infrastructure only and does not independently access or process your data. 4. Third-party services we rely on a. Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform) - to send and receive your WhatsApp messages. Data you exchange over WhatsApp is also subject to Meta's terms and privacy policies. b. Payment gateway (e.g. Razorpay) - to process subscription payments. c. Google - only if you choose Google sign-in. Each of these providers processes data under their own published policies. 5. Data retention a. Account and Customer Data is retained while your account is active. b. After account closure, you may request an export within 30 days; thereafter we may delete your data from active systems. Backups are retained for a limited period for disaster recovery and then rotated out. c. Records we must keep by law (such as invoices) are retained as legally required. 6. Security We use HTTPS/TLS for data in transit, role-based access control inside the platform, hashed passwords, signature verification on incoming webhooks, and encrypted backups. Access to production systems is restricted to authorised personnel. 7. Your rights Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data by writing to support@weone.infotech.net.in. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you are an end customer of one of our business customers, please contact that business first - they control the data they hold about you, and we act on their instructions. 8. Cookies The Service uses only cookies necessary for login sessions and security. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. 9. Children The Service is intended for business use and not directed to children under 18. 10. Government and legal requests We disclose data to public authorities only where legally required, after reviewing the legality of the request, limited to the minimum necessary, and we keep documentation of such requests. 11. Changes to this policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. 12.
